Monday Delivery

Local delivery is available throughout Indianapolis and select surrounding areas during our Monday delivery window: 3:00 PM–8:00 PM.

Delivery availability and fees are based on your delivery address and will be confirmed at checkout.

NOTE: If you miss the pickup window, food will be held refrigerated for 24 hours only. After that, the order will be discarded or donated.

Delivery times within the 3:00 PM–8:00 PM window are based on our delivery route. Customers must be available to receive their order or provide appropriate delivery instructions.

Monday Pickup or Delivery

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds for preorders, unclaimed orders, or orders prepared according to the specifications.

We will consider refunds only in cases where an error occurred on our side, such as an incorrect order or failure to fulfill the order. By placing this order, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions.

You also confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method used. Any chargebacks or payment disputes will be vigorously contested and may result in legal action and additional fees.

Can I mix and match meal prep plates in my order?

Yes, plates are sold individually. You can mix and match any of the meal options available on the current menu. Choose your favorites and select the quantity of each meal you’d like. The minimum order placement is 5 plates.

How long do meals last?

For the best quality and freshness, we recommend enjoying your meals within 4-5 days of pickup. Keep all meals refrigerated at 41°F or below until you’re ready to enjoy them.

Can I freeze my meal plates?

Yes! If you don’t plan to eat a meal within 4 days, we recommend freezing it as soon as possible. Please note that some ingredients may have a slightly different texture and quality after freezing and reheating.

Where do I pick up?

Meal Prep Monday orders are available for pickup at the MudiaCaters office at P30 Indy. Pickup details, including the designated pickup time, will be provided with your order confirmation.

Is there a minimum order I can place?

Yes. There is a 5-meal minimum per order. You can mix and match meals from the current menu to reach your minimum. Orders can include up to 50 meal plates.

Do you guys offer bulk meal prep packages for events/organizations?

Yes! We offer bulk meal prep plates for organizations, workplaces, programs, events, and groups. Whether you’re looking to provide individually packaged meals for your team or need a larger recurring meal order, we’d be happy to discuss options that fit your needs.
