Shipping, Return, & Refunds Policy

1. Meal Prep Orders

Meal Prep Monday meals are prepared specifically according to confirmed pre-orders. Because ingredients, kitchen time, and production quantities are planned based on these orders, the following cancellation and refund policy applies.

Before the Ordering Deadline

If you need to cancel your Meal Prep Monday order, please contact orders@mudiacaters.org before the ordering deadline stated for that week's menu.

Orders canceled before the applicable deadline may be eligible for a refund to the original payment method, subject to any non-refundable payment processing fees or other charges disclosed at checkout.

After the Ordering Deadline

Once the ordering deadline has passed, Meal Prep Monday orders are final and non-refundable.

After this deadline, MudiaCaters may have already purchased ingredients, reserved kitchen time, and begun preparing for production. For this reason, we cannot guarantee cancellations, refunds, meal changes, or substitutions requested by the customer after the deadline.

Missed Pickups

Customers are responsible for picking up their meals during the designated pickup date and time provided with their order.

Failure to pick up your order during the designated pickup period does not qualify the order for a refund.

If an unexpected circumstance prevents you from picking up your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist when possible, but we cannot guarantee that meals can be stored or held beyond the designated pickup period.

Incorrect or Unacceptable Meal Orders

If you believe you received the wrong meal or there is a quality issue with your order, please contact orders@mudiacaters.org as soon as possible after pickup.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.

We will review the concern and, when appropriate, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Orders Canceled by MudiaCaters

If MudiaCaters is unable to fulfill your Meal Prep Monday order and we cannot provide an acceptable replacement or alternative, you will receive a refund for the affected item(s) or order.

2. Apparel & Merchandise

Order Processing

• All items are made to order. Once an order is placed, it immediately goes into production and cannot be canceled or changed after 12 hours.

• Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before checkout.

Shipping

• Production time is typically 2–7 business days.

• Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after production.

• International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

• Because our apparel is made-to-order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

• Digital products (including downloads, e-books, and printable materials) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Workshop deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.

• We encourage all customers to review our product details and event information carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right.

• Please contact us at orders@mudiacaters.org within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

• Once verified, we’ll work with Printful to issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

• Refunds are only offered if a replacement is not possible for a damaged or defective item.

• Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

• We do not provide refunds for shipping delays outside of our control (postal service, customs, or natural events).

Sizing & Product Variations

• Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings and lighting.

• Please note that apparel sizing may vary slightly by up to 1 inch due to the production process.

3. Workshops, Events, & Programs

Workshop, event, and program deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid, unless otherwise stated in the specific registration terms.

Additional cancellation and refund conditions may apply to individual programs and will be communicated during registration.

If MudiaCaters cancels a paid workshop, event, or program and does not provide a rescheduled or replacement option, eligible payments will be refunded.
