These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and conditions governing the use of the MudiaCaters LLC website, our products, food services, events, programs, and other services.

By accessing mudiacaters.org, purchasing a product, placing a food order, booking catering services, registering for a program, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Scope of Services

MudiaCaters LLC is a food and wellness company offering products, services, experiences, and educational resources designed to support healthier living.

Our services may include:

• Meal Prep Mondays – prepared meals offered on designated dates through a pre-order and scheduled pickup system.

• Catering Services – food preparation and catering for private gatherings, corporate events, community events, celebrations, and other approved events.

• Apparel & Merchandise – including Food Is Life apparel and merchandise, with select products produced and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printful.

• Digital Products – including downloadable recipes, recipe books, guides, journals, educational resources, and other digital materials.

• Workshops & Programs – virtual and in-person food, wellness, fitness, educational, and community programs.

• Website Content – including articles, recipes, videos, educational content, media, and other informational resources.

Specific services may also be subject to additional terms, agreements, invoices, proposals, or policies provided at the time of purchase or booking.

2. Meal Prep Mondays

MudiaCaters may periodically offer prepared meals for pre-order through our Meal Prep Monday service.

Ordering Deadlines

Meal Prep Monday operates on a pre-order basis. Customers must place their orders by the deadline displayed on the applicable menu or ordering page.

Availability is limited, and MudiaCaters reserves the right to close ordering early if maximum production capacity is reached.

Orders submitted after the ordering deadline may not be accepted.

Payment

Payment is required at the time an order is placed unless otherwise stated.

An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received and the customer receives confirmation.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because ingredients and food quantities are purchased and prepared based on confirmed orders, Meal Prep Monday orders may not be changed or canceled after the ordering deadline.

Orders canceled before the applicable ordering deadline may be eligible for a refund at MudiaCaters’ discretion and subject to any disclosed processing fees.

Pickup

Customers are responsible for picking up their meals during the designated pickup date, time, and location provided with their order.

Customers should make every reasonable effort to arrive during the stated pickup window.

If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact MudiaCaters as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that meals will be held beyond the designated pickup period.

Failure to pick up an order does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund.

Menu Availability & Substitutions

Meal Prep Monday menus may change from week to week.

While we make every reasonable effort to provide the meals and ingredients advertised, ingredient availability, quality, supplier shortages, or other circumstances may occasionally require reasonable substitutions.

When a significant substitution is necessary, MudiaCaters will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable alternative.

3. Catering Services

Catering services are subject to availability and may require a separate catering proposal, invoice, service agreement, or confirmation from MudiaCaters.

Submission of a catering inquiry does not guarantee availability or constitute a confirmed booking.

Quotes & Proposals

Catering quotes are based on the information provided by the client, including event date, location, guest count, menu, quantities, service requirements, staffing, and other requested services.

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the proposal or quote and may be subject to change if the scope of the event changes.

Booking & Deposits

A catering event is considered confirmed only after MudiaCaters has received any required signed agreement and/or deposit specified in the client’s proposal or invoice.

Dates are not guaranteed solely because a quote or inquiry has been submitted.

Deposits and payment schedules may vary based on the size and scope of the event and will be communicated before booking.

Final Payment

Any remaining catering balance must be paid by the deadline stated on the client’s invoice, proposal, or catering agreement.

MudiaCaters reserves the right to withhold catering services if required payments have not been received by the applicable deadline.

Guest Count & Menu Changes

Clients are responsible for providing an accurate final guest count by the deadline established by MudiaCaters.

Once the final guest count and menu are confirmed, reductions may not result in a reduction of the final balance because ingredients, supplies, labor, and production may already have been committed.

Requests to increase guest counts, quantities, or menu selections after the deadline will be accommodated only when reasonably possible and may result in additional charges.

Catering Cancellations

Cancellation terms, including the refundability of deposits and payments, will be disclosed in the applicable catering proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Because MudiaCaters may purchase ingredients, reserve kitchen time, schedule staff, decline other business, and otherwise incur expenses in preparation for an event, certain deposits, payments, or costs may become non-refundable after specified deadlines.

If MudiaCaters must cancel an event and cannot reasonably provide the contracted services, payments for services not provided will be refunded, subject to the terms of the applicable catering agreement.

Event Delays & Changes

Clients must notify MudiaCaters as soon as reasonably possible of changes to event time, location, venue access, guest count, or other circumstances that could affect service.

Significant changes may require an updated quote or additional fees.

MudiaCaters is not responsible for service disruptions caused by inaccurate event information, venue restrictions that were not disclosed in advance, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

4. Food Allergies, Dietary Restrictions & Ingredient Information

Food safety is important to MudiaCaters.

Customers and catering clients are responsible for informing MudiaCaters of known food allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order or finalizing a catering menu.

While we may offer menu items designed to accommodate certain dietary preferences or restrictions, our food may be prepared in commercial kitchen environments where common allergens are present.

These allergens may include, but are not limited to, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, sesame, and soy.

Unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing, MudiaCaters cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Customers with severe or life-threatening food allergies should contact MudiaCaters before ordering so they can make an informed decision about whether our food is appropriate for them.

Menu descriptions and dietary labels are provided for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as medical advice.

5. Food Storage, Handling & Consumption

Once prepared food has been picked up, delivered, or transferred to the customer, client, venue, or their authorized representative, the recipient is responsible for following appropriate food storage, refrigeration, reheating, handling, and serving practices.

Customers should refrigerate perishable foods promptly and follow any storage or reheating instructions provided by MudiaCaters.

MudiaCaters is not responsible for food quality or safety issues resulting from improper storage, handling, transportation, reheating, or extended exposure to unsafe temperatures after the food has been transferred to the customer or client’s control.

6. Online Store – Apparel & Merchandise

Select MudiaCaters apparel and merchandise is made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printful.

Order Processing

Because print-on-demand products are made specifically for each order, orders may not be canceled or modified once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product, size, color, quantity, and shipping information before completing checkout.

Shipping

Production and shipping times displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier conditions, holidays, production demand, weather, customs, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or related charges.

Returns & Refunds

Because print-on-demand merchandise is made specifically for each customer, MudiaCaters generally does not accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size or color, buyer’s remorse, or preference.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted, customers should contact MudiaCaters within the timeframe specified in our Shipping & Returns Policy and provide their order information and photographs of the issue.

Eligible claims may result in a replacement or refund in accordance with our applicable Store Policy.

Product Variations

Colors displayed on screens may differ slightly from the physical product. Minor differences in print placement, sizing, garment measurements, or appearance may also occur as part of the manufacturing and printing process.

Customers should review the applicable product description and size guide before purchasing.

7. Digital Products

Digital products may include downloadable recipe books, guides, PDFs, journals, educational materials, and other electronic resources.

Due to the nature of downloadable products, digital purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where otherwise required by law.

Purchasing a digital product grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only unless MudiaCaters expressly provides different licensing terms.

Customers may not reproduce, resell, distribute, share, upload, publish, or commercially exploit MudiaCaters digital products without prior written permission.

8. Workshops, Events & Programs

Registration may be required to participate in MudiaCaters workshops, events, wellness programs, cooking demonstrations, fitness activities, or other experiences.

For paid programs, payment must be received according to the applicable registration terms before participation is confirmed.

Cancellation and refund terms may vary by program and will be disclosed during registration.

MudiaCaters reserves the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, modify, or reschedule a workshop, event, or program when reasonably necessary.

If MudiaCaters cancels a paid program and does not provide a replacement or rescheduled option, eligible registration fees will be refunded.

Information provided during MudiaCaters workshops, programs, recipes, digital products, website content, or educational materials is intended for general educational and informational purposes and is not a substitute for individualized medical, nutritional, or other professional healthcare advice.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, MudiaCaters LLC owns or licenses the intellectual property rights associated with our website and materials, including our logos, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, recipes, written content, product designs, program materials, downloads, and educational resources.

You may access our website and content for lawful personal use.

Without prior written authorization, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute MudiaCaters content;

• Sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit MudiaCaters materials;

• Reproduce or distribute our digital products;

• Use MudiaCaters trademarks, logos, product designs, photographs, or other protected materials for commercial purposes; or

• Use our website for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

10. User-Generated Content, Reviews & Comments

Reviews, comments, testimonials, photographs, or other content submitted by users represent the views of the individual submitting them and do not necessarily represent MudiaCaters LLC.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

MudiaCaters reserves the right to moderate or remove user-generated content when appropriate.

By voluntarily submitting content for public display through our website, you represent that you have the right to submit that content and grant MudiaCaters a non-exclusive license to display and use it in connection with our website and services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

11. Cookies & Privacy

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for necessary website functionality and may use optional cookies for analytics, preferences, or marketing.

12. Payments & Billing

Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers.

MudiaCaters does not directly store complete credit or debit card information processed by third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information you provide is accurate.

Prices, taxes, delivery charges, service fees, processing fees, and other applicable charges will be disclosed where required before or during the applicable transaction.

13. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Offers

Promotional codes, discounts, giveaways, credits, and special offers may be subject to separate terms, expiration dates, product restrictions, minimum purchase requirements, or availability limitations.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively to completed purchases.

MudiaCaters reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions as permitted by law.

14. Third-Party Services & Links

MudiaCaters may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, fulfillment providers, registration platforms, delivery providers, social media platforms, and other websites.

MudiaCaters is not responsible for the independent content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

Use of third-party services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MudiaCaters LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, programs, or services.

MudiaCaters is not responsible for losses or issues resulting from:

• Incorrect information supplied by a customer or client;

• Incorrect shipping or pickup information;

• Failure to follow product, food storage, handling, or reheating instructions;

• Shipping carrier or customs delays;

• Event circumstances or venue restrictions outside our reasonable control;

• Unauthorized use or redistribution of digital products; or

• Interruptions or failures of third-party services outside MudiaCaters’ reasonable control.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Force Majeure

MudiaCaters will not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, public emergencies, supply disruptions, transportation interruptions, facility closures, or similar events.

When such circumstances affect a catering event, Meal Prep Monday order, workshop, or other service, MudiaCaters will make reasonable efforts to communicate available options to affected customers.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or MudiaCaters services will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

MudiaCaters LLC may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal requirements.

The current version will be posted on our website with the applicable “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the website or services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
